  • When it comes to employees, we are determined to offer a sustainable career choice, not a job. We have great respect for our trade, which means we expect everyone on our team to constantly learn and advance as an arborist. We will never put unskilled workers on your property.

• We won’t ramp up productivity.

  • It is important for us to align our ambitions with our values. Taking on too much work requires a sacrifice that we are unwilling to make. We have our valued clients, our health and our families to care for. We value retention over acquisition.

• We won’t lower quality

  • When you’ve been in business for over 10 years and your reputation is on the line, there is no room for superficiality. We don’t cut corners when we underbid and we don’t value one client over another. The same attitude, the same dedication, the same great experience, job after job.

• We won’t sell you something you don’t need.

  • Trees are slow and they are patient, and we try to learn from them. Our monitoring program is designed to provide the type of long-term solution that your trees require. We are not salesmen and we have no tactics. We’re here to help you make decisions.

There are so many ways to operate a Tree Company.

All we can say is, we don’t like how it’s usually done, and it’s not easy to pave a new path.
